Olya’s Goddess Warrior Transformation


Hey there, it’s Olya! One half of the team behind Infitnite. Today I wanted to share my experience training with Walt on our Goddess Warrior Transformation Program!


Prior to becoming a Warrior, I had been weight lifting for years. I was also very stubborn, and thought that I could figure it all out on my own because I had been an athlete for most of my life. I was involved in multiple sports growing up, and was a competitive swimmer for 8 years. What could a trainer tell me that I didn’t already know?! Only problem was that I wasn’t getting the results that I wanted, and I had little awareness on just know much knowledge I was missing. I may have built up a lot of strength over the years, but I wasn’t achieving my aesthetic goals.

 

My primary goal was to get leaner while maintaining the strength that I already had. Although I must call out that becoming a Warrior helped me realize that fitness is way more than just what my body looks like. The Warrior saying is “long term growth over short term satisfaction,” and this helped me see that the most important goal should be longevity and maintaining overall health.

 

Walt immediately helped me see that my structureless methods were holding me back. Once I became a Warrior I was able to dial in my nutrition, supplements, sleep quality, mindfulness, and finally got on a structured workout plan. My initial goal wasn’t attainable with just weight lifting, but smart nutrition + quality rest played a huge role too.

 

I followed the 16 week Transformation program, and went down 2 inches around my waist (29” to 27”), an inch around my hips (41” to 40”), and my body fat percentage went from 23% to 18%. I stayed at around the same weight, which means that I lost fat yet gained muscle mass. I also made huge progress in the foundational lifts that I was avoiding (squats, lunge movements, and bench press in particular). Walt helped me improve my form, and this allowed for me to lift even heavier. And this is only the physical progress that I made!!!
