March is here, and we’re turning up the heat. We’ve listened to your feedback and made some bold changes that build on February’s epic tournaments. This month, every Warrior gets an equal shot with our brand-new Daily Caps. No more one-day grinding. Spread your effort, maximize your points, and embrace consistent discipline over time.


New Mechanic - Daily Caps

Daily Caps limit how many points you can earn per earning method each day.

Why?

Because consistency beats intensity every time.

This isn't about slowing you down, it’s about strategizing your efforts for long-term growth. You can’t just power through one day and expect to dominate. Instead, you’ll need to show up, day after day, maximizing your effort across multiple days.

Every Warrior now has a fair and equal opportunity to compete, regardless of schedule or experience. Whether you’re a new Warrior or a Tournament Champion, this shift ensures that strategy, discipline, and sustained effort (not just sheer volume) determine the leaderboard rankings.

1. Combat Workout Summit Tournament

 
 

Combat workouts are the foundation of every Warrior’s physical journey, and this tournament puts the spotlight on that foundation.

  • Earn 5 Points for each Combat (Blue) Quest Completed

  • Daily Cap: 2 completions per day

  • Threshold for the Challenge: Reach 100 points to pass the challenge

That means you can’t just stack workouts in one day to skyrocket up the leaderboard. Every session needs to be deliberate.

To succeed, you’ll need:

Consistency – Show up regularly and complete your two sessions each day for example Combat Preparation and a Combat Resistance Quest.

Smart Training – Choose the right quests that challenge you while allowing recovery.

Quality Over Quantity – Focus on execution, form, and intensity, not just getting through the motions.

Every step forward brings you closer to mastery. Hit 100 points, and you read the summit.

2. Combat Cardio Summit Tournament

 
 

Endurance. Resilience. The will to continue moving step by step even if you don’t feel like it.

That’s what this tournament is all about.

  • Earn 5 Points for each Cardio (Green) Quest Completed

  • Daily Cap: 3 completions per day

  • Threshold for the Challenge: Reach 100 points to pass the challenge

Every cardio session is another step up the Summit of Endurance. But here’s the catch: sprinting ahead in one day won’t help you win.

You must:

Pace yourself – Three sessions a day of any duration is your max, so use them wisely.

Recover smart – Choose activities that challenge you but don’t burn you out too early in the tournament like walking.

Keep showing up – The most consistent Warriors will dominate the leaderboard.

Reach 100 points, and you conquer the climb.

3. Combat PR World Tournament

 
 

For the first time ever in February, we introduced a PR-only tournament with no easy points for just showing up. And it’s back, stronger than as you compete against everyone.

This tournament isn’t about completing workouts, it’s about progressing in them.

  • Earn 10 Points for every Personal Record (PR) achieved during Combat Quests ONLY

  • Daily Cap: 3 PRs per day

This means:

🔥 You must push past your previous best to earn points.

🔥 Every point is earned through growth, not repetition.

🔥 You control how far you go—there’s no limit to your potential.

The strongest Warriors won’t show up, they’ll level up.

4. Alchemy Goal World Tournament

 
 

Nutrition is the foundation of peak performance. Without it, strength fades, energy drops, and recovery stalls.

That’s why this tournament exists—to reward precision and discipline in fueling your body.

  • Earn 40 Points for each Nutrition Goal (Calories, Protein, Carbs & Fats) Completed

  • Daily Cap: None – There’s no limit to how many days you can hit your goal

No restrictions, no caps. Your only goal is to stay consistent.

To succeed:

Dial in your macros – Stay within a 20% variance to lock in your points.

Fuel for performance – Hitting the right numbers ensures better workouts, faster recovery, and optimal gains.

Stay accountable – Use the game app’s Alchemy tutorial and the forums to get help from the Wizards if needed.

The more consistently you win here, the better your results in and out of the game.

5 & 6. Intellect Skill Challenge Men’s & Women’s Tournaments

 
 

Your mind is the ultimate weapon.

This month, men and women will compete separately as they take on the challenge of completing Skill Challenges, leveling up their skills, and developing mastery in the skills that matter most to their progress and results for March.

  • Earn 5 Points for each Skill (Orange) Challenge Completed

  • Daily Cap5 challenges per day

This tournament isn’t just about checking off tasks, it’s about focusing on the right skills that move you forward.

To dominate this tournament, you must:

✔ Know your key skills – Identify the challenges that will have the biggest impact on your fitness and mindset.

✔ Level up strategically – Prioritize skills that translate into real-world progress.

✔ Stay consistent – Small, daily wins create massive long-term transformations.

Every challenge completed sharpens your abilities. Every skill leveled up takes you further. This is where mastery begins.

March Tournaments Have Officially Begun

With two Summit Tournaments, two World Tournaments, and an Intellect Challenge Tournament split into men’s and women’s divisions, the battlefield is set.

The introduction of Daily Caps changes everything. No one can sprint ahead in a single day. It’s about strategy, consistency, and discipline.
