I had always avoided upper body workouts (especially anything push based), but developing strength in all our muscle groups is crucial!
I started building up my upper body strength by doing workouts at home (or outside) with no equipment.
A key factor in building up the strength and confidence was a properly structured warm up and cool down.
I have seen time and time again people that don’t take their warm up seriously, and then end up suffering from injury later down the road.
