Whether I'm training in the gym, exploring the city of Seattle, or appreciating the view of the mountains in the distance, the improvement to my vision made me fully embrace the beauty of this world without any barriers.

As I'm sitting in the car, I couldn’t help but notice the sun piercing through the clouds and reflecting off of the water. It was then that I realized that after the surgery, I'm going to have to adapt to the darkness like Batman and rely on my other senses like Daredevil.
