🖥 The Quests:

New quests are unlocked as you complete the objectives throughout the 16-week course. It’s kept in our members portal. There are easy-to-follow videos, PDF’s, cheat sheets, and documents available to you when unlocked. There are videos within each quest that are short, generally between 5-15 minutes keeping things easy to implement (most average < 5 mins).

 

💪 The Coaching:

You’ve got full access to myself and the Infitnite team Monday to Friday (and sometimes on weekends when I’m not gaming, cooking, or adventuring outdoors). You will also have 1 ‘Group Coaching Call’ per week designed to get you muscle building results. You can ask me absolutely anything on our calls and in our group.

💪 Chris gained 11 Ibs of lean body mass, lost 6% bodyfat, and is back pain free after 16 weeks.

How much time will I need each week?

You can begin to see results immediately with our programs. And with as little as 30 minutes per day (Mon-Fri) 2.5 hours a week is enough to move forward successfully with the Educational Course. 

If you don’t have 2.5hrs/wk to work on building muscle mass, this program isn’t a good fit for you.

 

What if I’m a beginner and have never done a Muscle Building program before?

We have different strategies based on where you are at. Never done a muscle building program? We got you! Have years of muscle building experience, you’re gonna love it!

How long until I see results from this program?

That totally depends on how quickly you take action. Some people make changes and start seeing the scale move within the first day of joining the program, others work their way through slower and results take longer.
