I followed Walt's 16 week Goddess Scorcher program, and went down 2 inches around my waist (29" to 27”), an inch around my hips (41" to 40"), and my body fat percentage went from approximately 26% to 22% (and this is just the physical progress that I made). Walt has helped me lose and keep off 40 pounds as well as building muscle. I have went from wearing a side large shirt to a small and a size 12 pants to a 6-8.
