And is continuing his dedication to developing his knowledge in health, performance, and longevity by becoming Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certified (PPSC).
Alex created Exalted, a transformation experience that holds men & women to a higher standard and challenges them in new ways inside and outside the gym.
