New Warrior Combat Skill, FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH is dropping soon! Here’s me performing a 115 Ib Weighted Pull Up for a 1 Rep-Max and unlocking Lvl. 4 on Vertical Pull 🔓
Have you ever wondered how strong you really are or how to actually measure strength, so you can progressively improve it and take it to your next level?
Well that’s where the Function Strength Skill comes in!
Functional Strength specifically emphasizes your ability to move, feel, and function during everyday tasks.
Strength isn’t just about how much you can lift!
There’s 4 main differentiating factors when it comes to determining your Functional Strength: Gender, Bodyweight, Movement Pattern, and lastly estimated 1-Rep Max.
Strength is different if you’re Male or Female…
Strength is relative to your bodyweight…
Strength is unique to the movement pattern (Ex. Squat, Hinge, Horizontal Push, Vertical Pull etc.)…
Lastly, Strength is relative to your estimated 1-Rep Max in a particular movement pattern.
Improving your Functional Strength Skill is VITAL for all Warriors to feel their best, perform their best, look their best, and prevent injury.
Our Warriors will now be equipped with a new way to point out weaknesses and progress their Strength Skill!
The new Combat Skill is dropping this week for the Warriors in our Academy and 1:1 Coaching.
Excited for you all to unlock your true STRENGTH! 💪🏽
