Your fitness journey is about so much more than just weight loss. Here’s some progress and highlights from a Warrior overcoming a shoulder injury.
My client had a shoulder injury that never got fully rehabilitated. She would mention how it hurt doing routine tasks and was constantly achy.
Long story short, she stepped up to the plate and decided to put in the work to feel better. The progress between photos happened over the span of 3 months.
It took some effort and being uncomfortable at times on her end. But, the results speak for themselves. She can function without pain or impingement now. Even though I covered her face, I can promise you she's smiling as well as feeling exponentially better than she was.
