Learn how to strategically approach more than one mastery (goal) on your higher level Warrior adventure.
What Warrior Avatar is created when you combine: Powerlifting Training Style + Fat Burning Goal + Advanced Training Experience Level?…
At Infitnite we call this the Lvl. 4 ORC BLAZER! ☄️
The ORC Class specializes in the Powerlifting style while the BLAZER focuses on the Fat Burning Mastery.
But isn’t training with strength/power AND burning body fat two different goals that contradict one another?
Doesn’t having more than one goal reduce results in the short term?
Yes and no, allow me to explain…
Here I hit a PR of 455 Ibs with Bands & Chains on Slightly Elevated Deadlifts about 12 Weeks into my Fat Burning Phase 🎥🔥
My primary goal for the Lvl. 4 ORC BLAZER program is FAT BURNING while my secondary goal is to maintain POWER by incorporating Powerlifting.
Fat Burning primarily requires Alchemy (Nutritional) changes in the form of a calorie deficit.
This means Combat (Physical) performance and recovery can be reduced while training in the Powerlifting style due to energy demands.
Now if you don’t compensate for that energy reduction in the form of things like MORE recovery, better programming, and nutritional optimization, then you won’t create the maximum results that you can get in one goal compared to the other.
That’s why you’re better off focusing on just ONE goal if your a Novice or Intermediate in training experience and then changing goals after you achieve the desired results.
However, Advanced Warriors have the established skills to approach hybrid goals IF they approach it from a LONG TERM, intelligent, and strategic perspective.
Bottom line, it IS possible to have hybrid goals, but its only recommended if you’re advanced in experience level, can follow a results driven Combat, Alchemy, and Intellect program, and willing to focus on creating results for the long term rather than the short term.
