Meet Nick, one of my exceptional clients who’s been on an incredible fitness journey of pure domination!

Nick is a recreational Renaissance Knight in the sport of Armored Medieval Combat, meaning he dons a suit of armor and competes in head-to-head battles. He’s not just good at it—he’s exceptional. He dominates. He’d make Maximus Decimus Meridius very proud. That’s Russel Crowe’s The Gladiator for the uninitiated. As he gears up for the upcoming fair, I have no doubt he'll dent some helmets once again.

Nick's success isn't just about his mental fortitude, spirit, and drive, but also the Combat, Alchemy, and Intellect strategies we’ve implemented for him. Here’s a glimpse into what’s been working wonders for him:

Diet: We focus on simplicity. Nick hits his dietary protein goals daily for maximum muscle recovery and growth.

Sleep: Quality sleep is vital, so we’ve improved his sleep patterns to ensure he’s well-rested and ready for action.

Daily Activity: With a smartwatch, Nick averages around 11,000 steps daily, boosting his overall activity level.

Foundational Training: We focus on key movement patterns—hip hinge, lunge, deadlift, squat, and bench press—and enhance his core strength and stability, crucial for wielding weapons.

Hydration: Proper hydration keeps his muscles in top shape, essential for an athlete who’s also a dedicated father.

Recovery Routine: Nick follows a daily routine of foam rolling, stretching, and mobility exercises, plus monthly deep tissue massages to prevent injuries.

Consistency: Above all, Nick is incredibly consistent, hitting his daily goals and bouncing back from any setbacks with resilience.

In just a few months, Nick has set numerous personal records in the gym, both in volume and weight lifted, and he’s also dropped 30 pounds and trimmed inches off his waist.

Nick’s dedication extends beyond the gym; he practices Judo and Jiu-Jitsu twice a week. His journey is a testament to what can be achieved with the right guidance, unwavering commitment, and most importantly the right mindset!
